These general conditions exclusively govern the ARVET website with regard to the USERS who access it. These general conditions will be shown to the USER on the www.arvet.es website on each page, and every time he/she enters data in a form, whether to read, print or save them. The USER will not be able enter data without first having accepted these conditions.

Access to the ARVET website means the acceptance of these general conditions of use, which the user affirms they understand in their entirety and without reservation. The user agrees not to use the website and the services offered in it for any activity that is contrary to the law and to respect these general conditions at all times.

FIRST-CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE

1.1.-The use of the ARVET website does not require the registration of the USER, unless said USER wishes to use the database of existing articles at www.arvet.es where it will be necessary to register using a form. This subscription will be governed by the general conditions. This website's conditions of access and usage are strictly governed by applicable law and as well as the good faith of the USER in making appropriate use of the website. All acts that violate the legal rights or interests of third parties: the right to privacy, data protection, intellectual property, etc are forbidden. ARVET expressly prohibits the following:

1.1.1.- Perform actions that may result in any type of damage to ARVET systems or to those of third parties, through any means.

1.1.2.- Carry out any type of advertising or commercial information directly or covertly, sending mass mail ("spamming") or sending large messages in order to block servers in the network ("mail bombing"), without appropriate authorisation.

1.2.-ARVET may interrupt access to its website at any time if it detects a usage that may be contrary to applicable law, good faith or these general conditions of use, see clause five.

2.1.- ARVET will be uniquely responsible for the website content, whether the material was derived from an internal or external source.

2.2.- ARVET reserves the right to modify the content displayed on its website at any time.

THIRD.-COPYRIGHT AND TRADEMARKS.- ARVET affirms that the www.arvet.es website content, and its programming and design are fully protected under author's rights. All reproduction, communication, distribution and alteration of the aforementioned protected elements are expressly prohibited without ARVET's consent. FOURTH.-JURISDICTION AND APPLICABLE LAW.- These general conditions are governed by Spanish law. Valencian courts are responsible for resolving any controversy or conflict arising from these general conditions, and the user expressly waives any other jurisdiction that may be deemed applicable.

FIFTH.- .-If any clause in this document is declared NULL, the other clauses will remain in force and will take into account the will of the parties and the intent of these conditions. ARVET will be able to not apply any of the rights or powers conferred by this document, which will not then imply the renunciation of their applicability on the part of ARVET , under any circumstances.
